Mannebach&Co Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

At Mannebach&Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your watch, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

• You can return your watch within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• The watch must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and with all accessories included (box, authenticity card, adjustment tools).
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return and verify that it complies with our returns policy, we will issue a refund.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method within 7 working days after receipt of the return.

3. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, color or size, please return your watch for a refund and place a new order on our site.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Please be sure to include your order number and reason for return in your request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or engraved watches are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
